Real Estate is a transaction between people and Trevor Pickens has many years experience working with people helping them to make decisions. A career change in 2010 landed Trevor working as an agents representative in the Ivanhoe area. A move closer to home and a change of company to the Knox area where he completed his Full Licence and opened his own agency. Quinta Real Estate 23 January 2014. 

Quinta has a couple of meanings. Portugese for country villa. A small dream to own.  

In August 2018 Trevor purchased the First National Office in Vermont South where he and his team worked assiduously, gaining a solid reputation within the industry as determined and tenacious negotiators. 

A further change in July 2023 launched the current enterprise where Trevor provides residential property management and premium sales to his long standing clients; welcoming others to enjoy the experience
